  2. What specific decisions will I need to make when finalizing a machine order?
    • -You will need to decide on the model and color of the particular machines you are ordering.
      -You will need to decide what vend amount each machine’s coin mechanism is set up for.
      -You will also need to decide what product you will be vending- gumballs, candy, capsules, super balls, nuts, etc.
      -If you want to add options to any of the machines, (key and lock preference, chrome tops, locking fronts, coin counters, etc…) you will need to decide on these.
      -If you are ordering stands for your machines you will need to decide what machine configurations you want to have the stands set up for.
  3. How long until I receive my order once it is placed?
    • Typically orders are shipped within 10 working days. Occasionally, parts availability can extend this period, but we try very hard to meet each customer’s request.
  4. Do Northwestern Machines come with a warranty?
    • Yes, there is a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover ordinary wear and tear or vandalism.
  5. Can I order merchandise/gum/candy from Northwestern?
    • Northwestern only manufactures bulk vending equipment, but we can provide you with a list of quality suppliers to meet your particular vending needs.

    • It is best to service your machines as often as possible. Studies show that a full machine generates more sales. It suggests a fresher product and increases merchandise display. An empty machine also indicates a full cash box, which can be inviting to thieves.
